Your Role
Be part of our support team, collaborating to create innovation and excellency
Troubleshoot systems and application issues, determine root cause and solutions
Provide assistance to our clients, identifying their needs and advising them on the best approaches
Suggest improvements, and help drive best practices through code review
- Maintain high performant systems capable of managing millions of transactions daily
- Configure and customize existing and new systems
- Set up, adjust and analyze monitoring and logging system
- Coordinate with other teams to improve our solutions providing excellency to our clients

Your Hard Skills
At least 3 years’ experience with software development or support
Solid understanding of:
Relational databases and SQL
Linux environment and administration
Network
Experience with:
Java 8 or higher
- JavaScript Frameworks
- Python
Git
Experience in the following is a plus:
Spring (boot), Hibernate and JPA framework
- MS SQL stored procedure development
- Angular and React
- Cloud platforms
