OMEGA Systems exhibited at ICE 2019 in what proved to be a very strong showing for the software company. The stand position at the entrance of gate N8, was the perfect place for OMEGA to showcase its new land-based to online solution, Safeplay. Safeplay offers users the chance to play online or on a machine with a single wallet. This exciting new product garnered a lot of interest amongst the Gaming community.
In addition, OMEGA took the opportunity to display its new push notification & customer engagement tool, Chronos. Chronos provides operators the chance to segment and push specific messaging to players, all in real-time. This powerful new tool sparked a lot of traffic towards OMEGA’s booth and proved for very interesting conversations.
“All in all, this was a great show for us”, said Patrick Mann, Business Development Manager at OMEGA Systems. “We got to showcase our Omni-Channel platform with Safeplay being the bridge from Land-Based to Online.
